The great 44 years-old actor was taken into the custody by the officers after responding to a 911 call early Christmas morning. This call was made by a house which is located in ski resort town and it is 200 miles west of Denver. He has been arrested for domestic violence allegations.

Chalie Sheen was after posting $8,500 bond released in the late afternoon of Christmas Day. The court was closed for Christmas, and no date for his appearance has been set.

Chalie Sheen, the star of CBS’ “Two and a Half Men,” was taken to the Pitkin County jail and booked for investigation of second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
